6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed:

• Deposit: 20% upon contract signing
• Progress payment: 50% upon delivery of materials
• Final payment: 30% upon completion and commissioning

6.2 Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% above the Bank of England base rate. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders subject to the following terms:

• Before installation: Full refund minus any costs incurred
• During installation: Refund minus materials and labor costs
• After completion: Subject to warranty and maintenance terms

7.2 Company Cancellation

We may cancel orders due to:

• Force majeure events

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
